BE IT ORDAINED BY THE crrv COUNCIL O}"' TIlE CITY OF' UNIVERSITY
PARK, TEXAS:
SECTION 1. That

decided to be invalid, illegal or lluconstitutionaL
SECTION 4. That any. person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in the municipal court of the City of
University Park, Texas, shaUbesubject to a fine not to exceed the sum of two hundred dollars
($200.00) for each offense.

PARK, TEXAS:

provisions of this ordinance arehercby repealed.

SECTION 5. that this ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage
and. the publication of thedaption. as the law and Charter
provide, The parking
restrictions set out herein shall not be effective until appropriate signs giving notice thereof.shall
have been erected as provided by the Code of Ordinances.
DUL V PASSED by the City Council of the City of Univetsitypark, Texas, on the 23rd day
of October 2007.
