WORK SESSION FOR AGENDA REVIEW IN COUNCIL
CONFERENCE ROOM
The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of University Park will conduct a
public hearing on Monday, August 21,2006 at 5:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers of
City Hall, 3800 University Blvd., University Park, Texas. Consideration will be given to
the following items:
PZ 06-014: Hold a publ!c hearing and consider a request by Analytical Surveys
representing the property owner, for approval of a replat for Lot 13, Block 2, Idlewild
Addition, being an Addition of the City of University Park, Dallas County, Texas, and
more commonly known as 4208 Lovers Lane. The replat will subdivide the lot into two
single family attached lots located in Planned Development District PD-7 zoned for
Single Family Attached housing development. A variance is not required for the approval
of this replat.
Consider approval of the minutes of the July 17, 2006 meeting with or without
corrections.
As authorized by Section 551.071 (2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may
be convened into Closed Executive Session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal
advice from the City Attorney on any agenda items listed herein.
