The City of University Park (“City”) announces a Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for “Data
Network Upgrade Services and Network Equipment”. Proposals will be accepted until Monday,
March 9, 2020 at 2:00 PM CST. Late proposals will not be considered.
The City will host a mandatory pre-proposal meeting and tour on February 25, 2020 at 10:00
AM CST. The meeting will take place in the first floor EOC conference room at the City’s Peek
Service Center: 4420 Worcola Street, Dallas, TX 75206. The tour will follow immediately
afterwards.
Any questions regarding this bid must be submitted in writing to eanderson@uptexas.org no later
than February 27, 2020 at 5:00 PM CST.
Proposals must be submitted electronically at www.bidsync.com or in paper format. Paper
proposals must be placed in a sealed envelope and addressed to Elizabeth Anderson, Purchasing
Manager as follows:

Receipt of responses does not bind the City to any contract for said services, nor does it give any
guarantee that a contract will be awarded.
