HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance No. 18-029 amend PD 36 with a Detailed Site PlanORDINANCE NO. 18-029 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY PARK, TEXAS, APPROVING THE DETAILED SITE PLAN FOR PLANNED DEVELOPMENT 36 (PD-36) FOR THE HIGHLAND PARK PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion and finds that the amended Detailed Site Plan for PD-36, presented by the property owner, conforms to the data presented and approved on the Conceptual Site Plan and supporting documents and approved by the Ordinance amending PD-36 and contains the details required by Section 17-101 (2) ofthe Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance; Now, Therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF UNIVERSITY PARK, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the Detailed Site Plan for Planned Development District No. 36, the Highland Park Presbyterian Church project, as required by Section 17-101 (2) of the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of the City of University Park, Texas, for the property described as Lot 8R, Block B, Windsor Place, an addition to the City of University Park, Dallas County, Texas, which is more commonly known as 3821 University Blvd., University Park, Texas, attached hereto by reference as Exhibit "A" (multiple pages) and made a part hereof for all purposes, the same as if fully copied herein, is hereby approved in all respects. SECTION 2. That the approval of the Detailed Site Plan for PD-36 is subject to the following special conditions: A. Development of the property shall be in accordance with the approved Detailed Site Plan (Exhibit "A"), all conditions of the Ordinance amending PD-36 and adopting the Conceptual Site Plan for the Highland Park Presbyterian Church project, and all provisions ofthe Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance ofthe City of University Park; B. Review of this Detailed Site Plan by the Planning and Zoning Commission has previously been completed and its recommendations forwarded to the City; and, C. The special conditions of the ordinance amending PD-36 shall remain in full force and effect. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately from and after its passage, as the law and Charter in such cases provide.
