ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL VERIFY WITH CONSTRUCTION MANAGER, THAT A SURVEY HAS BEEN
CONDUCTED AND ALL UNDERGROUND UTILITIES IDENTIFIED. CALL DIG TESS.
UTILITIES SHOWN ON THESE DRAWINGS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY. ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL
COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITIES AND ROUTING OF ALL NEW UNDERGROUND
UTILITIES WITH RESPECTIVE TRADES (GENERAL, CIVIL, ETC.), PRIOR TO DIGGING. MINIMIZE
DIGGING BY SHARING TRENCHES WHENEVER POSSIBLE.
COORDINATE ANY DEMOLITION, TEMPORARY, AND PERMANENT (ELECTRICAL AND TELEPHONE)

COORDINATE SERVICE SHUT-DOWNS WITH ALL TRADES INVOLVED ON SITE AND OBTAIN WRITTEN
AUTHORIZATION FROM OWNER 72 HOURS PRIOR TO ANY ELECTRICAL AND/OR TELEPHONE SHUT-DOWN.
AT COMPLETION OF THE PROJECT, ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL REMOVE ALL DE-ENERGIZED
CONDUCTORS FROM SITE.
OUTDOOR SPARE CONDUITS SHALL INCLUDE PULL STRING AND SHALL BE TERMINATED WITH A CAP.
ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR SHALL DIG OUT ENTIRE LENGTH OF TRENCH TO PROPERLY SET DUCT
ELEVATIONS. BEFORE DIGGING, CALL DIG TESS.
PROVIDE LOCATOR WARNING TAPE FOR ALL UNDERGROUND CONDUITS AND FEEDERS.
ALL CONDUIT DEPTHS SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH FINAL GRADES TO ALLOW FOR MINIMUM REQUIRED
CONDUIT DEPTH. REFER TO CIVIL DRAWINGS FOR GRADING PLANS.
PROVIDE PULL STRINGS AND CAP/LABEL ALL EMPTY CONDUITS
COORDINATE POLE BASE LOCATIONS WITH FENCE AND OTHER SITE CONDITIONS. VERIFY
AND NOTE AND DISCREPANCIES WITH CIVIL ENGINEER.

PROVIDE PHOTOCELL AND TIME CLOCK FOR LIGHTING CONTROL LOCATED ADJACENT TO
ELECTRICAL PANEL.
PROVIDE 240V/1PH 100A RACK MOUNTED PANEL. SERVE PANEL TO NEW POLE MOUNTED UTILITY
TRANSFORMER.
PROVIDE 30" HIGH CONCRETE POLE BASE FOR ALL LIGHT POLES.
