Then, second surface paint to match:
Benjamin Moore Nightfall 1596 - Satin Finish
Cut down to final size for clear matte edges, then
permanently apply to face of Box.
2. Box1/8” thick aluminum top, bottom, and front face
permanently attached to 1/4” thick aluminum sides
and inner fins with adhesive from inside.
1/8” thick, 1” x 1” aluminum angle inside to maintain verticals and for back panel mounting points.
1/8” thick aluminum back panel, mechanically fastened with 5/8” long, 8-32 flathead screws.
Fill and sand all visible seams. All visible faces and
edges of assembled Box painted to match
Benjamin Moore Nightfall 1596 - Satin Finish
Mechanically fastened from inside of Box to
top of existing post and panel sign with self
tapping screws.
