Observation: Equipment for cooling food is not sufficient in number and capacity to provide proper food temperatures.- observed refrigeration not
reaching proper temperature of 41F and below. Place a work order to repair equipment. All items in refrigeration were removed.

able to reach 100F. Instructed to place work order for repair.
