Needs to get to at least 100f. Bar hand sink needs to be fully supplied with hand soap and paper towels Violation Type: Violation 45 - Physical facilities installed, maintained, & clean (floors, walls, ceilings) Observation: Clean surface of bulk containers more often, inside of ice machine, clean shelves and dust ceiling more often where needed Violation Type: Violation Per complaint: Enviro Tech property services came out on 4/2/2026. Do see glue traps all over kitchen but no pest on glue boards.
