Hot water must be at least 100 F. Hot water heater to be replaced tonight. Nonfood-contact surfaces shall be free of unnecessary ledges, projections, and crevices, and designed and constructed to allow easy cleaning and to facilitate maintenance Observation: All food contact surfaces, counters, or work surfaces in the establishment are not smooth, non-absorbent and easily cleanable. Observed large gap on counter top at pantry area and replace damaged cutting boards throughout the kitchen area. Clean to remove dust buildup. Encrusted build up on the exterior of grill and food cooking equipment. Clean to remove buildup.
