presence at the espresso machine areas/ cook line.

Observation: Physical facilities are not maintained in good repair. The floor in the dish washing area observed not in good condition. Recommend
to repair it.
The front glass display case has been extended to protect the food from contamination! Observed short and not covering all the ready to eat items.
